John Tumazos
Managing Director
Mr. John C. Tumazos is a Principal, director of research, managing member at John Tumazos Very Independent Research, LLC. Prior to founding the firm on August 27, 2007, Mr. Tumazos served as a senior vice president and senior security analyst with Prudential Equity Group, LLC, from July 2001 to June 6, 2007. Previously, he was an equity analyst at Sanford C. Bernstein & Co., Inc. Earlier, Mr. Tumazos was employed as an equity analyst at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder. Mr. Tumazos obtained an M.S. in Industrial Administration in 1979 and a B.S. in Management Science and Economics in 1978 from Carnegie-Mellon University.
